'Outlander' Season 2 spoilers: Jamie meets an old flame

A new picture and a scene from the next episode of “Outlander” Season 2 have been released online. The picture shows Jamie meeting an old flame and the scene teases him meeting an important person in a French brothel.

A picture from the next episode posted on TV Line shows Jamie (Sam Heughan) meeting Annalise de Marilac (Margaux Chatelier), who is described as Jamie’s “hook-up” when he used to live in France. The two meet at a party and end up dancing together.

The arrival of Annalise in the party will not lead to any conflict with Claire (Caitriona Balfe). Claire will initially notice the French woman and be interested and surprised that she knows a lot about Jamie, but they don’t fight each other over him. Balfe revealed that the two women manage to get along “quite well.”

Annalise is not the only one the Jamie meets in the next episode. Starz has released a scene that shows him receiving a letter, inviting him to meet Prince Charles (Andrew Gower). The two will discuss the issue of the Scottish clans in the next episode of “Outlander” Season 2.

The couple had been waiting for such an invitation. The invitation asks Jamie to join the prince at a French brothel. The tweet teasingly asks if Jamie has any business in a French brothel. Jamie and Murtagh (Duncan Lacroix) both carry swords in the scene and they appear to have just arrived after practicing their skills.

In an interview with TV Guide, Heughan revealed that the viewers will get to learn a lot about Jamie in Paris. The actor teased that Jamie will be shown as a good businessman as well as good chess player in “Outlander” Season 2. While they socialise with the elite in French society, their main mission is to try and make sure the Jacobite Rebellion fails.
