'Outlander' season 4: Video shows hidden talents of the cast
A new behind-the-scenes video from the production set of “Outlander” season 4 has been released online. The video shows the cast members talking about their hidden talents. The interaction with the actors was shot back when filming was still ongoing, but it has only been released online now.
John Bell (Young Ian) appears to be the actor who has the best hidden talent. The actor can wiggle his ears, and he displayed this skill in the video [see below]. Most of the cast members can be seen wearing a thick blue jacket to cover their respective costumes.
Richard Rankin (Roger Wakefield) and Sophie Skelton (Brianna) were at a loss for words when they were asked to share their hidden talents. Rankin said that he generally displays all his talents for the world to see, and Skelton teased him about his talent as the ability to be annoying.
On a more serious note it was Skelton who pointed out that Rankin can sing and play the guitar. He also plays drums, and Skelton said that Rankin has the habit of playing drums no matter where they are, even in the makeup trailer.
Ed Speleers (Stephen Bonnet) too was not sure what his hidden talents are. The actor said that he plays a lot of football, but is reluctant to call this a hidden talent or suggest that he is very good at it. All he can say is that he plays a lot of football.
Sam Heughan (Jamie), who generally has a ready answer for everything, also didn’t disappoint in this video. “I can juggle,” the actor said with a knowing nod and smile.
César Domboy’s (Fergus) hidden talent is that he can also act in French. Caitriona Balfe (Claire) can make a smoothie, but she pointed out that this is more out of necessity rather than a talent.
