American professional boxer Shane Mosley is expected to return to Australia to fight Anthony Mundine for real, this time around. The fight is scheduled to take place on Nov 27 in Homebush, and it is for the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) International light-middleweight title.

Mosley has already been set to fight Mundine on Oct 23. However, the said fight did not happen because promoter Vlad Warton had apparently violated the contract, as Mosley claimed. As reported by ABC Net Au, the reason why Mosley backed out 24 hours before the fight is scheduled to take place is because he was not paid the rest of his guaranteed purse beforehand.

The Australian professional boxer Mundine and his manager have now agreed to pay Mosley A$1 million or equivalent to $947,000.

"The fight is going to happen, this time," said Mundine a press conference held in Sydney. "I am so thrilled and I am devoted on a single goal and that is to prove to the entire world, to my fans, to myself, and the boxing industry that I belong with the legends," Mundine added.

"I was a bit upset when Mosley walked out at the last minute, but now we are back on track, this is a serious fight, it is either kill or be killed," said Mundine.

"Back on, Mundine vs Mosley on Nov 27 at all phones arena Olympic Park, Sydney, I can't wait," Mundine also tweeted.

Mosley has also aired out his sentiments regarding the upcoming fight. "I am also serious about this," said Mosley. "I didn't come back just for the money, it is because I want to be the best and I want to fight the best," Mosley added. "I want to be on the top again, and if I didn't think I would win against Mundine then I wouldn't have agreed to fight him," Mosley said.

At 42, Mosley has a boxing record of 47 wins, 8 losses, and 1 draw out of his 56 bouts. Mundine, on the other hand, has a boxing record of 44 wins, 5 losses, 0 draw out of his 49 fights. Who's your bet? We will just have to wait and see who among the two fighters will prevail when they meet face to face.
