Former eight division and pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao is all set to kick start his training camp in the next few weeks in General Santos City. Heading into presumably the most important fight in the second chapter of his boxing career, Pacquiao is expecting to deal with enormous amount of pressure ahead of his showdown with Brandon Rios on November 24 at Venetian Macao in Macau, China.

In his interview with Ben Thompson of Fight Hype, the fighting congressman talked about his expectation on the upcoming bout with a young and hard-hitting boxer in Rios and shared his thoughts on what could be his last dance in the ring.

Pacquiao is coming off two setbacks in 2012, losing to Tim Bradley via 12-round split decision (controversially) and rival Juan Manuel Marque via brutal knockout in the sixth round. Hence, Pacman's fight against Rios should be a must-win for him if he wants to stay relevant in the bloody sport he once owned. Moreover, Roach warned to shut down his career if Pacquiao suffers another bad beating. In short, this could be his last dance until he proves otherwise.

"I am feeling a little pressure for this fight since I have lost my previous two. An impressive victory against Rios will raise my name again in boxing. My belief in God and training as hard as I can will help to relieve that pressure," Pacquiao said in the interview.

"I need to prove I still can fight like the old Manny Pacquiao. I need to restore the public's confidence in me and my abilities. It's important that this be an impressive victory. I have already begun to visualize my fight with Rios," he added.

Feeling pressured and nervous ahead of a big fight - especially if the boxer's career is on the line - should not be a big concern. However, Pacman should also know that he must be 110 percent ready not only physically but also mentally and emotionally before he steps into the squared circle.

In what could be a career-defining fight, Pacquiao has to shake off butterflies in his stomach and unleash the old beast against Rios, who's expected to go toe-to-toe with the Pacman in their much anticipated Battle in Cotai slugfest.

There's no room for nervous fighter in this sport. It's either the boxer shies away from war and gets pummeled, or takes the fight to his opponent. Believe me! Pacquiao knows that very well. He should, because his career this time is at stake.
