The other Paul Walker car crash wreckage thief, Anthony Janow, has finally surrendered to authorities in a San Fernando courthouse on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013.

According to the Associated Press (AP) and People Magazine, the 25-year-old Janow, who stole a portion of the red Porsche Carrera GT wreckage from the car crash that claimed the lives of Hollywood actor Paul Walker and his friend, the car's owner Roger Rodas, turned himself in, was booked and eventually released after posting a $60,000 bail. The name of Janow's attorney was not released.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old Witty was arrested in his Los Angeles (LA), California home by detectives who were investigating the said car crash theft. Witty is also out on bail, which amounted to $20,000.

Janow, along with Jameson Witty reportedly stole a panel of the Porsche Carrera GT's roof as the wreckage of the car was being towed out of the crash site in Santa Clarita, California on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013.

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department news release, the tow truck carrying the wrecked Porsche was stopped at a red light at McBean Parkway and Newhall Ranch Road. That was when Janow and Witty stole the Porsche's roof panel. The driver of the tow truck reported the theft to the authorities.

Janow and Witty were both charged with felony grand theft of personal property and two misdemeanors. If convicted, Witty and Janow will be imprisoned in jail for up to 4½ years.

Witty's parents, David and Abbi have spoken up about their son's participation in the car theft and said that Jameson didn't realize he was actually breaking the law.

"I don't think there's any debate he did it, kinda confessed out of the gate with the Instagram posting," said David Witty, Jameson's father, in a KTLA report.

Witty posted a photo of a piece of the Porsche car from Paul Walker and Roger Rodas' accident on his Instagram account with this message: "Piece of Paul walkers car, took it off a tow truck at a stop light...#paulwalker" #rip #comeup."

"He did something he shouldn't have done."

"But at the same time, if you really think about it, what he did was a stupid little kind of teenage bad decision," added David Witty in the KTLA interview.

However, LA Times said that prosecutors of the car theft case claim that Witty and Janow took the Porsche's roof panel even after a sheriff's deputy told them they couldn't take it or any other parts of the vehicle's wreckage.

As for Paul Walker, his family is said to be planning a private funeral, which includes his costars from the "Fast and Furious" films, including Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. It might happen during the weekend, on Dec. 14 or Dec. 15, 2013.

According to the LA Times, Walker's body was released from the LA County coroner's office to Forest Lawn Mortuaries on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013. The autopsy states that Walker died of "traumatic and thermal injuries." Authorities also confirmed that the car's speed played a role in the tragic accident that claimed Walker and Rodas' lives.

Now that the Paul Walker car crash wreckage thief Anthony Janow has surrendered to the authorities, and Witty was arrested earlier for the car theft, Walker and Rodas' families as well as Witty and Janow can finally put this incident behind them. It is time to concentrate on Walker and Rodas' funeral arrangements and burial or cremation, whatever their families decide to do.
