Paul Walker Death: The Driver Who also got Killed in the Tragic Accident was Chris Paul's friend, Hollywood Celebrities Expressed Grief, Amateur Video Taken Moments after the Horrific Crash
Hollywood was left stunned by the untimely passing of Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker.
The 40-year-old actor died in a horrific car crash when the Porsche car he was a passenger hit a tree and burst into flames. As it has been previously reported, Walker was on his way home after attending a charity event.
The driver of the car was identified as Roger Rodas, who has helped Walker build a charity organisation and launch a car shop. Rodas was apparently a friend of Los Angeles Clippers superstar Chris Paul, TMZ reported.
Chris Paul posted a picture of the two crash victims on Instagram to pay respect to them. "Prayers to the families of my friends Roger Rodas and Paul Walker," Chris Paul wrote. "I am forever grateful for the friendship and you will never be forgotten," he added.
Walker was filming for the seventh installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise where he plays Brian o'Connor. Hollywood celebrities, co-stars and producers expressed their grief on Twitter.
"I am so beyond heartbroken right now," wrote Fast and the Furious director James Wan. "I can't process anything," Wan added.
"RIP Paul Walker, he was a lovely person - so sweet and grounded," Walker's Into the Blue co-star Jessica Alba wrote.
"Your humble spirit was felt from the start," rapper Ludacris wrote. "We were like brothers and our birthdays are only one day apart, Paul Walker legacy will live on forever," he continued.
Walker's death came only a few days after he gave a touching interview with World Entertainment News Network (WENN), in which he revealed who he was enjoying his life as a father to daughter Meadow.
Meanwhile, an amateur video taken by onlooker showing the car bursting in flames has been making its way all over different media outlets and social networking Web sites.
