Paul Walker died in a furious car crash on last Nov. 30. The actor's family and friends are done mourning his death and now the family is considering the distribution of Walker's estate.

According to Gaurdianlv.com, what is yet to be determined is whether Paul Walker's girlfriend of seven years Jasmine will inherit any of Paul's assets. Many of Walker's friend believe that Jasmine was in a long term relationship with Paul and she was even engaged to the actor, so in all probability she should get a part of Walker's assets.

Paul Walker started dating Jasmine when she was 16-year-old and even though there was an age gap of 17 years, Walker was extremely happy with her. The actor confessed to OK! Magazine that she was the love of his life and it has been also reported that the Jasmine and Paul were about to get married.

Apparently, people who are most affected by Paul Walker's death are his daughter Meadow Walker and Jasmine Gosnell. There are reports that Paul Walker's ex girlfriend Rebecca Mcbrain is also keen to get part of Walker's assets.

Walker's family has expressed their disappointment on Rebecca's wishes and they don't think she deserves anything from Walker's fortune.

According to a source to Hollywoodlife.com, "Paul's family is keen to keep the money from Rebecca preventing her from getting anything as they believe they should be the only caretakers of his fortune, which may in time go to his daughter, Meadow."

Meadow walker is a child of Paul and Rebecca and in our opinion she is the one who deserves to inherit her father's legacy. Meadow walker shared a strong bond with her father and she had moved in with him before his untimely demise.

A source told Hollywoodlife.com, "He (Paul Walker) was happier than you can imagine to have her living with him full-time. She was the love of his life, he was an amazing dad and he was so happy that she chose to live with him because he never felt like he got enough time with her."

However, an insider told the website that Walker's family believe that Meadow is too young to take care of such assets and they should set a fund for her.
