Known for his notable character as Brian O'Connor in "The Fast and the Furious film series, Paul Walker, 40, died in a car crash Nov. 30, 2013 in Valencia, California.

The American action star was just leaving a charity event, "Reach Out Worldwide," when the driver lost control and crashed into a light pole and tree where the vehicle burst into flames.

Prior to the accident, Walker was attending the event where he formed in 2010 that aimed to mobilize quickly and travel to affected areas. Reach Out Worldwide is established to make a quick response to affected areas of calamities by sending qualified team members, including doctors, EMT's paramedics, and search and rescue professionals.

Walker was in the middle of filming of "The Fast and the Furious 7" with co-stars Vin Diesel playing as Dominic Toretto and other members of the gang who can't believe the news about his tragic end. Diesel is was a long-time friend of Walker is still in shock and saddened after his demise and posted his condolences on Twitter.

"Brother I will miss you very much. I am absolutely speechless. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace xxx," Diesel wrote on his Twitter account. "My brother and I... we aimed for the stars together... and achieved more than we ever hoped we could with f&f."

The two formed a strong bond after filming the first series of "The Fast and The Furious," but after Diesel refused to play his role in the sequel of the film after a pay dispute Walker took the centerstage. The sequel featured his character Brian O'Connor as he used his racing abilities to bust a Miami money-laundering cartel.

After the second sequel, Walker sat out the third instalment until Diesel made a comeback on the fourth sequel and the two made the film that made an instant hit. Thanks to their elaborate stunts and racing drama. Walker and Diesel pairing was an absolute hit that the fifth and the sixth followed the success of their first F&F film, with the sixth film as the most popular.
