Paul Walker’s Autopsy Completed, ID Still Pending
The tragic car accident that happened on Saturday, November 30 took the lives of two people who gave up so much for those who are in need. "Fast and the Furious" actor Paul Walker and his good friend Roger Rodas of Always Evolving was declared dead at the crash site. Yet, authorities still haven't released a statement since the bodies are still unidentifiable.
The bodies were burned so badly that the Los Angeles county coroner needed their dental records to identify the bodies. The families of both men provided all the necessary records that would permit them to identify the bodies. This would also help give an official statement whether whom between Walker or Rodas was behind the wheel of the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT.
According to the spokesperson for the Los Angeles County coroner, the autopsy of the deceased Walker was completed on Tuesday, December 3. He told The Wrap that the "physical activity" portion of the autopsies of the bodies have been completed but the body identification is still pending.
Medical reports and witnesses identified Rodas as the driver of the red sports car that crashed into a utility pole which burst into flames seconds after the crashing accident. The 38-year-old owner of Always Evolving is Walker's business partner and was one of the host of the Toy Drive which was intended to gather funds for Walker's non-profit organization Reach Out Worldwide.
The two were supposed to have a quick spin of the sports car and promised their friends before leaving the event to be back in 5 minutes. Yet minutes after leaving, a loud crashing sound was heard and friends ran into the scene to extinguish the fire but to no avail.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department investigation already ruled out that Walker and Rodas were racing another car which could be the cause of the accident. The lead was credible and witnesses say that Carrera was the only car on the street during the accident.
According to Aura Sierra, Sheriff Deputy that speed played a role in the accident but they can only confirm it after two more days.
