There is nothing more heartbreaking for a daughter than to see her father die tragically. It is the most difficult times for Paul Walker's ex-girlfriend and mother of his child Rebecca McBrain who joins other in mourning the loss of the "Fast and Furious" star. Their 15-year-old daughter Meadow is said to be "in pieces" over the death of her beloved dad. Here are a few interesting facts about the father daughter relationship.

Meadow Rain Walker was born to Paul and Rebecca when Paul was just 25 years of age. Their pretty daughter was born on November 4, 1998 and Walker was happy he had Meadow at an appropriate age.

"I'm grateful I had her (daughter) at 25 and not 20 because, at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet! She's been with her mom her whole life and she wants a relationship with her pops. It's working out really well right now," said Walker to Express News in a previous interview.

Both father and daughter were fans of Canadian singer Justin Bieber and Meadow also has pictures with the singer. In one of the previous tweets, Paul praised the singer for his "talent" and expressed his desire to meet him.

Paul thought highly of his daughter and was happy to spend some bonding time with him outdoors.

"I have a daughter and she's been going on camping trips with me recently. It's important to me that she experiences those things and grows while doing all that. I think sometimes it may be overwhelming for her because of who her daddy is and what he does," said Paul to CosmoGirl in 2003 when Meadow was just 5-years-old.

"I hope it never gets to a [bad] level, but there's a chance it will, and I just know that the only way to offset that would be to make the outdoors a key part of her life," explained Paul, giving the interviewer a glimpse of how freaked out he was when he came to know he was becoming a dad. Yet, over a period of time the actor enjoyed the journey as a father.

" I was really freaked out [about becoming a dad]. The whole thought of being a dad was scary to me," said Paul back in 2003.

"I don't think it's anything you get fully used to, because I don't think anybody thinks that they're truly prepared or ready for that," shared the actor who shares a beautiful relationship with Meadow. However, marriage was something he was not comfortable in and hence never married anyone. Neither his ex-wife nor the present girlfriend.

Though Walker's ex McBrain currently lives in Hawaii, Meadow is believed to have moved from Hawaii to California to be closer to Paul. At the time of tragic incident over the weekend, Meadow was at the charity event with Paul. However the actor decided to take the deadly car out for a ride promising to come back "in five minutes" but he never did!

According to The Mirror the cops tried to keep Meadow away from the accident site as the emergency services gave their best shot to save the actor.

"They kept his daughter off to the side, so she wouldn't know what was going on until they really know what had happened," says an eye witness to the newspaper.

"The saddest part was watching ... Paul Walker's daughter break down," added the eyewitness.
