Paul Wesley: 'Vampire Diaries' Actor Delivers Healthy Birthday Present from Girlfriend Phoebe Tonkin to Co-Star Nina Dobrev
It has already been over a week since actress Nina Dobrev celebrated her 25th birthday (January 9) but the "Vampire Diaries" star revealed on Twitter that her special day apparently never ends. According to the Socialite Life report, co-star Paul Wesley personally delivered the healthy birthday present of delicious cookies to Ms Dobrev that came from his rumoured new girlfriend, "The Originals" actress Phoebe Tonkin.
Paul Wesley even thoughtfully placed a note on Nina's birthday present. In the WetPaint report, Paul's message reads: "From Phoebe - She told me to tell you they are vegan/gluten free. GFY." Birthday girl Nina was so touched with the gift that she decided to share it to the millions of followers on her Twitter account.
"Found this in my dressing room from @1phoebejtonkin C/O @paulwesley," the actress posted last Wednesday, January 15, on her Twitter account @ninadobrev. She further added: "My BDAY never ends! Love you Phoebe! Ps.I hate you, you're making me fat!" Click HERE to see photo.
What Paul and Phoebe did further proves that they are indeed a couple. Numerous reports speculating about their romantic relationship have surfaced but the pair remains tight-lipped about it. The other public appearances of the new couple include their holiday vacation in Australia with another TVD star Nathaniel Buzolic and the apartment-hunting in New York City.
As for Paul Wesley's successful TV series, the second half of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 is set for a grand return to the small screen with their 100th episode titled "500 Years of Solitude" focusing on the life of vampire Katherine Pierce. CW Network's big boss Mark Pedowitz teased the viewers on what to expect in the upcoming episode.
Fans are obviously dying to find out if the Petrova doppelganger, who caused a lot of trouble in Mystic Falls, will die or not in the 100th episode. "You might be surprised. The 100th episode is quite interesting," teased Mr Pedowitz.
Catch Paul Wesley and Nina Dobrev as Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert/Katherine Pierce when "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 returns with Episode 11 "500 Years of Solitude" on Thursday night, January 23, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW network. Actress Phoebe Tonkin, on the other hand, stars as the pregnant wolf girl Hayley Marshall in the CW spin-off series "The Originals" that airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET.
