"Vampire Diaries" actor Paul Wesley is now officially divorced from actress Torrey DeVitto with the major assets already split up from the divorce process. TMZ reports the ex-couple had a prenuptial agreement where each equally got vehicles as well as money that they have spent into their home when they were still together.

Apparently, both parties have decided to amicably end their relationship and move on from it. Torrey DeVitto is currently in a relationship with a pro surfer named Carlos Munoz while Paul Wesley found a new lady love in "The Originals" actress Phoebe Tonkin.

The couple reportedly spent their Christmas holiday in Australia while on a well-deserved break from filming their respective CW TV series. "With production on both of their hit CW shows on hold for the holidays, it looks like these two lovebirds flew Down Under to celebrate Christmas," the Wet Paint report reads.

Even though there is no official statement about the new couple spending the holidays in Australia together, their posts on their Instagram accounts suggest Paul and Phoebe could be in the actress' hometown for a much-needed vacation.

Ms Tonkin shared on Monday, December 23, an Instagram image with the caption that reads "Home!!!! #australia #boom." The 31-year-old actor, on the other hand, posted the Instagram image of an alleged Aussie beach with the holiday greeting "Merry Christmas."

Furthermore, Fashion & Style reports that the two could be together even though not in the pictures due to Ms Tonkin's shared image of herself and a friend while on a boat just hours after Paul Wesley made his post on the social media. "Lily P by the sea, thanks @zimmermann_ for my 'kini xx," Phoebe's caption on the image read.

In 2014, Paul Wesley will return as vampire Stefan Salvatore in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 when the 100th episode titled "500 Years of Solitude" airs on Thursday night, January 23, at 8 pm EST on the CW Network. Meanwhile, Paul's 24-year-old girlfriend will continue to bear onscreen the hybrid child of Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) in "The Originals" when it returns on Tuesday night, January 14, with Episode 10 titled "The Casket Girls" at 8 p.m. also on the CW network.
