If Saturday's thriller between Ginebra and Rain or Shine was not enough, then brace yourself for another scintillating ball game between the reloaded Air 21 and the Meralco Bolts in the first game at 4:15 and Petron and Global Port at 6:30 p.m at the Cuneta Astrodome.

Air 21 vs. Meralco Bolts

Former PBA MVP Asi Taulava made his return in the PBA after a banner season with San Miguel Beerman at the ASEAN Basketball League. Taulava along with new acquisitions Joseph Yeo and Mike Burtscher are expected to give the Express a much needed firepower as they seek toadvance into the next round.

On Friday, Air 21 came through with a 106-102 win over Talk N' Text to improve their slate to improve their record at 2-5. On the other hand, Meralco will try to bounce back from a 91-79 loss at the hands of Global Port on Wednesday. At 4-3, the Bolts still have a chance to secure one of the two playoff incentive but they have to win their last two games to give them a better shot at it.

Petron vs. Global Port

Petron continued to stay hot in the PBA Governor's Cup after racking up their 7th straight victory at the expense of the Alaska Aces. Elijiah Milsap recorded 35 points and Marcio Lassiter had 19 in the 103-100 victory over the reigning PBA Commissioners Cup champ.

On Sunday, the Boosters will be facing a Global Port team coming off a morale-boosting win over Meralco. Former Booster Jay Washington will also face up against his ex-teammate while the duo of Sol Mercado and Gary David are expected to give Petron all kinds of trouble.
