The people have spoken and the winners are in! The People's Choice Awards might be over and done but here is a look at the nights' biggest winners for the movies and the movie stars.

The first award of the night for favorite movie actress went out to the lovely Emma Stone who made people green with envy her ensemble. The actress also won the award for Favorite Comedic Movie Actress. Stone thanked her mother who was seated in the crowd before giving a big thank you to her fans.

While Emma may have taken the award for favorite comedic actress, the award for favorite comedic actor went to Adam Sandler. Actor Johnny Depp takes two awards from the night with him voted as People's Choice Award's Favorite Movie Actor and Favorite Animated Movie Voice for his film "Rango."

Depp may have taken home two awards but Potterheads should gladly rejoice because "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" took home the big wins for the night namely: Favorite Book Adaptation, Favorite Movie, Favorite Action Movie and Favorite Ensemble Movie Cast. "Bridesmaids" on the other hand manage to squeeze in a single win for Favorite Comedy Movie.

Actor Robert Pattinson sporting quite a short hair do took to the stage to accept the award for Favorite Drama Movie for his film alongside Reese Witherspoon in "Water for Elephants." Though Hugh Jackman wasn't present during the night, he still managed to win the people's choice for Favorite Action Movie Star which was however not handed out during the ceremony itself. Another star who won an award but was unable to make it to the awards show is actor Ryan Reynolds. The "Green Lantern" star wins the award for Favorite Movie Superhero.

Proving that indeed he is a people pleaser, actor Morgan Freeman wins the award for Favorite Movie Icon. The star took this opportunity to lecture the viewers and the audience on his definition of being an "icon." Actress Chloe Moretz defeats all four of the "Harry Potter" stars for the award Favorite Movie Star Under 25.

Well, those are the winners and here's to hoping there aren't too much negative reactions. These are of course the choice of the People. Cheers to another eventful People's Choice Awards.
