"Person of Interest" starring Jim Caviezel (John Reese), Michael Emerson (Harold Finch), Amy Acker (Root) and Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman) aired "Control-Alt-Delete" (Season 4, episode 12) on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2014. It was about Control (Camryn Manheim) questioning the Samaritan program and some vigilantes going through the Northeast. "Person of Interest" Season 4, episode 12 "Control-Alt-Delete" was written by Andy Callahan and directed by Stephen Surjik. Here's what happened in "Control-Alt-Delete." Samaritan was framing geniuses that worked on secret codes and treating them as terrorists. Control and her team were tasked to kill these suspected terrorists, including Yasin Said. However, Control began to have some doubts when she wasn't allowed to look at one of the hard drives in Yasin's laptop.

Control spent most of this episode chasing Yasin and when she finally caught him, she still kills him, despite the seeds of doubt about Samaritan planted in her already. As for the "POI" team, Reese and Root teamed up to try and look for Sameen Shaw (Sarah Shahi), still hoping against hope that she is alive. Root isn't giving up on their search just yet because she truly believes that Shaw is still breathing somewhere.

"Where is Shaw?" Reese asked Control in the "POI" "Control-Alt-Delete" promo video posted on YouTube.

"We think she's dead," Control said in the same video.
