Pink Shares Advice To Selena Gomez On Relationship With Justin Bieber--Report
According to a report, Pink advised Selena Gomez to forget Justin Bieber. Pink does not believe Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez should not reconcile anymore.
Dish Nation reports that both Pink and Selena Gomez crossed paths while they were at the backstage of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." There, Pink allegedly gave Selena some unsolicited relationship advice, urgently asking the former Disney star to stop mooning and mulling over Justin Bieber anymore. Pink opines that going back to Justin's arms would be a bad idea and Selena should just cut ties with the Canadian singer.
The advice shocked Selena, who looked up to Pink but reportedly expected the Grammy Award-winning artist to be more sympathetic towards her plight, given her once tumultuous romance with her husband, Carey Hart. Instead, she got an advice she's not yet ready to hear. Aside from asking her to cut ties with Justin, Pink reportedly asked Selena Gomez to shift her focus back on her career again.
"Selena admires Pink for everything she's accomplished and her insanely successful career. She's also not oblivious to the fact that Pink and her husband Carey [Hart] broke up for a while before eventually reconciling and having a baby together," the insider said. The "Rudderless" star just did not hear what she wanted and expected to hear, the insider shared.
The last time that Pink and Selena Gomez were in a news report together, Pink was blasting the young girl. Back in 2011, Pink waged a Twitter war against Selena Gomez, who was then just starting her music career. Pink got riled up that Selena would have a horse dyed pink just for her video shoot on her single "I Love You Like a Love Song."
"If there are any animal activists around Malibu-at Leo Cabrillo State beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame," Pink's tweet reads, causing Selena's fans to quickly defend their idol and diss Pink. The issue was quickly rectified by Selena's team, however who asserted that a vegetable-based powder paint was used, causing the horse no harm.
Neither Selena nor Pink commented on this news yet and confirmed such conversation took place at the backstage of the famous talk show.
