Pippa Middleton's $16,000 wedding dress will be the talk of the fashion world as she walks down the aisle in 2017
Pippa Middleton’s upcoming wedding has been the talk of the Internet ever since her engagement to hedge fund manager James Matthews was made official in July. As the months pass, more and more details of the nuptials are becoming public, including indications on the wedding date and Pippa’s wedding dress.
According to Mail Online, the 33-year-old socialite will be sending relatively lavish "Save The Date" invitations throughout the holidays. The invite will reportedly be nestled in nicely with Christmas cards for friends and family. On average, save the date invitation are send 4-6 months prior to the actual wedding so an April to June wedding is therefore a definite possibility.
The publication also claimed that Pippa has been going around high society bridal boutiques. Some of which, such as Suzanne Neville’s Knightsbridge store, can set back a bride by £10,000 (AU$16,000). The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge definitely has a lot of pressure on her shoulders, as her Alexander McQueen bridesmaid dress was almost as popular as Kate Middleton's wedding dress.
Pippa’s style, as documented over the years, showcases her preference for conservative and feminine pieces, usually designed by a British label. A specific favourite of the Middleton sisters has been British designer Jenny Packham, who has created several dresses for Kate.

Another option to take is Ralph and Russo, whose couture gowns and steep price tag will definitely have Pippa feeling like royalty. Should she decide to go in the completely opposite direction, however, Telegraph UK has suggested a more street option, such as Reformation.
It is also possible that Pippa might take a page out of Kate’s book and go for an Alexander McQueen dress. Other common society favorites include Elie Saab, Marchesa, Valentino And Emilia Wickstead.
