“Pitch Perfect 3” from Universal Pictures and Golden Circle Films is bound to introduce a new face. That’s no other than Australian actress, MTV VJ, and model Ruby Rose, who is best known for her portrayal of Stella Carlin in hit Netflix series “Orange in the New Black.”

According to Much, Rose has been listed as part of the cast for “Pitch Perfect 3,” but details about her role are scarce. Since most of the Barden Bellas have graduated in the second film, several fans believe that “Pitch Perfect 3” will introduce a new batch of Bellas, and Rose may be one of them.

As part of the film’s cast, Rose gets the chance to work with Anna Kendrick (Beca Mitchell), Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy), Brittany Snow (Chloe Beale), Anna Camp (Aubrey Posen), and Hailee Steinfeld (Emily Junk).

Since a new batch of Barden Bellas is expected to make a grand entrance in “Pitch Perfect 3,” fans believe that the girl group will have a new leader too. Steinfeld is believed to take the throne from Kendrick’s character as the leader of the Bellas.

Filming for the sequel has already started as seen in the cast’s posts on social media. Kendrick has uploaded a group photo of the cast earlier this month and we haven’t seen a glimpse of Steinfeld and Rose.

But Steinfeld has assured her fans through an Instagram post that she is definitely part of the cast. The actress is known for her portrayal of Mattie Ross in “True Grit” (2010). She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her performance in the said film.
