‘Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2’ gets first part of Trouble in Zombopolis and trailer
EA has released a new trailer for the upcoming content for “Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2.” Dubbed Trouble in Zombopolis: Part One, the update is already available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The content update features a new map, new characters and a lot of customisation items. According to the official “Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2” website, the Zombopolis map will be the biggest map created for the game.
This map is supposed to be a capital city that for zombies and Herbal Assault map. There will also be two new characters, Breakfast Brainz and Toxic Citron. The Zany Zombopolis Pack will feature more than 1,200 new customisation items.
EA has detailed what these features will bring. The Breakfast Brainz zombie, pictured above, features a superhero-like persona, complete with a cape and a toaster helmet.
Toxic Citron is all suited up to take on the sewers of Zombopolis, and is the best match against Breakfast Brainz. The developer teased that Toxic Citron will have new abilities that players will love to use when playing.
Funnily enough, as seen in the trailer, Breakfast Brainz looks like the hero wielding the projectile waffles, while Toxic Citron looks every bit the villain, complete with his toxic smog. Of course, this may be the case, depending on which side the player prefers. The trailer also showcases a zombie ship at the end.
Customisations will be available for both plants and zombies. There are 1,200 of these that can be unlocked in the new content update. Finally, there will also be a lot of gameplay balances, most of which had been based on player feedback.
Fans have confirmed that the update is bigger on the PS4 at 6.2GB, PlayStation Lifestyle reported. Xbox One players need to set aside 5.2GB worth of space, while PC players need 3.05GB.
