Despite "Thank Me Later" selling 447,000 copies in its first week and a documentary with the same title recently airing on MTV, Drake has one reason NOT to celebrate.

The New York Times reports that Playboy Enterprises pressed charges on June 23 for a copyright infringement against the rapper. Playboy disputes that Drake's track "Best I Ever Had" used material from the 1975 song by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Reynolds called "Fallin' in Love", to which the company owns the right.

Drake's associates, Cash Money Records, Universal Music Group and Universal Music Group Distribution, are also included in the suit. The parties involved, however, have not yet commented on the issue.

Listening closely, there are definite similarities between the 1970's love song and Drake's hit. It cannot be determined though if the similarities are substantial enough for a judge to come up with a decision that Drake must give Playboy Enterprises a sum of money.
