After beating Xbox One in sales last year, PlayStation has apparently set another record. This time, however, it is about watching more porn on gaming consoles. PlayStation 4 fans are now ahead of Xbox One owners in watching porn. Pornhub says that both PS4 and Xbox One owners access porn on their consoles but PS4 fans do it more frequently to beat its rival, the Xbox One owners.

Microsoft claims that Xbox One is the all-in-one entertainment hub but it seems that PlayStation 4 owners are having more fun than the other console owners. The 2015 year-in-review report published by Daily Star (via Pornhub) reveals shocking facts about the porn-watching habits of people.

The report states that traffic shares from PlayStation are up to a huge 46.9 percent with an increase of 6.9 percent from 2014. Shares of views from Xbox consoles, meanwhile, saw a drop of 7.8 percent from 2014's 45.7 percent to 37.9 percent in 2015. PlayStation Vita players are also adding 5 percent shares of view to Pornhub.

Other gaming consoles including Nintendo’s Wii and 3DS were also used to watch porn. Wii is at the third place with 8.9 percent of the traffic shares, while the 3DS checks in at the fourth place with 1.3 percent traffic shares. 3DS is the only console though that has seen an increase of 18.9 percent from 2014 to 2015. As the Xbox One has seen a drop, the PlayStation fans on the other side are accessing more porn than last year.

With these data about porn consumption on PlayStation and Xbox players, Pornhub has also released information about the activities of PC users on Pornhub. However, the report may have released the facts about PC users who watch porn, but it doesn’t contain specific information about PC players. It is not possible for Pornhub to differentiate general PC users and PC game players unless the game enthusiasts on PC start trying to access Pornhub via their Steam Browser.

Porn reached gaming consoles a long ago but was fueled even more with the arrival of the PlayStation 4 with camera streaming functionality. The PlayStation 4's on-camera streaming feature was intended to let the players record and stream their gameplay videos with the virtual reality game "The Playroom" but users started streaming live sex through the console. According to a report by Huffington Post, many such incidents were reported just after the launch of PlayStation 4.
