It was just recent when Oprah was once again seen in a special event where everyone noticed so much of her plunging neckline. The ex-tv host and current CEO of HARPO was seen wearing a dress with a low-cut neckline during the launch of fashion brand "Versace for H&M".

This is not the first time that this TV queen showed an ample amount of cleavage that went so close to coming all out. There was also the time when she was one of the honourees of the Kennedy Centre along with the US First Lady Michelle Obama. It was her low cut dress that stole the spotlight from the First Lady herself.
