Armed with meat cleaver and knives, two young mean hacked a young soldier in Woolwich to death. The video of a young man waving a blooded knife and cleaver caused uproar in what Prime Minister David Cameron slammed as a possible terrorist attack.

ITV caught the man waving his blooded hands on tape while saying: "We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you." The Guardian further quoted the man speaking to people filming him.

"The only reasons we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for tooth."

"We must fight them. I apologise that women had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. You people will never be safe. Remove your government. They don't care about you," he added.

The Guardian identified a witness named James who gave details on what took place.

"We were coming round the corner into John Wilson Street. Slightly to the left, about five feet away, there was a Vauxhall, crashed into a sign post. To the left of the car there was two guys with the victim on the floor."

"We thought they were helping him. But next thing, my partner let out an almighty scream. We then saw clearly the two guys with the meat cleaver and knives. They weren't little knives - they were both butcher's-type knives. They were hacking this poor guy, literally. We saw it all. They were hacking him - we thought they were trying to remove his organs. They were digging him, cutting him. We jumped out of the car and shouted." James told the Guardian.

Police identified the victim as young soldier. The attack on the soldier has spawned fear and concern among the neighborhood.

Cameron, who is in Paris, said he would cut his trip short and return home to see what the attack is about. Despite strong indications that the assault had terrorist intentions, Cameron was quick on his response. "We have had these sorts of attacks before in our country, and we never buckle in the face of them," Cameron said according to Los Angeles Times. Cameron also vowed that the government and the authorities will not waver despite any terrorist threats.
