It seems that fans are really rallying for the Hoenn remake, which will come in the form of the "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire."

Already, there's a fan art that has been spotted that features the Nintendo 3DS units designed in the two featured Pokemons, Kyogre and Groudon.

Spotted by SlashGear, the fanart apparently belongs to DeviantArt artist Chop-StiXz, and is merely a fan art mock-up based on the official art earlier released by Nintendo. Even the poster featuring the two Nintendo 2DS with the "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" featured Pokemons is certainly believable. The designs for the handheld skins are also well-made.

Still, Nintendo has yet to announce more details about "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" as well as give more art concepts beyond what has already been seen in the reveal trailer seen below.

"Pokemon X and Y" Heading to 2DS for Australia

The legacy of "Pokemon X and Y" is not yet finished despite the announcement of the upcoming "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" for November this year. This time, the 2DS players will get to enjoy the epic 2013 Pokemon game from GameFreak, as "Pokemon X and Y" 2DS bundles will be heading to Australia.

According to Nintendo Life, the two 2DS bundles will be available in Australian stores starting June 26, each with a black or blue colour variant and copy of one of the games. Either "Pokemon X" or "Pokemon Y" will already be pre-installed in the handheld consoles, and games can avail of the limited supplies for "Pokemon X and Y" at AU$179.95.

More Updates on "The Band of Thieves & 1,000 Pokemon"

Beyond "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire," the other game for Pokemon fans, "The Band of Thieves & 1,000 Pokemon" has received a string of updates regarding gameplay and other details in the game.

Serebii reports that the lead Pokemon selected during the game is a determining factor on which Pokemons you will be getting. StreetPassing is also a necessary move, as the game will have your Pokemons disappear once you have used them. While Game Coins can also be bought to get more Pokemons, these Pokemons fall under the rule of getting the Pokemon that matches your lead.

As far as the objective of the game is concerned, you need to beat Greninja and Delphox, temper your Pokemon use wisely (given the "use them, lose them" rule) and get back the treasure from Marilyn and Riot.

For "Pokemon X and Y" players, there seems to be a connection with the game, as it was confirmed that there will be a special item or Pokemon in "Pokemon X and Y" that will be received via the Mystery Gift section of "The Band of Thieves & 1,000 Pokemon."
