Police charges circus acrobat for spreading HIV
The Australian police has charged a circus acrobat for allegedly knowingly spreading HIV thru unprotected sex with hundreds of women wince contracting the virus in 1997.
The police filed formal charges against Godfrey Zaboroni, 32. He was accused of causing grievous bodily harm relating to the infection of a Gold Coast woman.
Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson told reporters: "We're well aware of the fact that Mr Zaburoni has probably had unprotected sex with other people,, He's had a number of relationships since he's been in Australia."
The Zimbabwean-born Zaburoni was said to be cooperating with the police and provided names of 12 women who were sexual partners in several cities around Australia where he performed.
