It only took several moments before Michael Lohan was caught running away from Tampa Hospital and was brought to the nearest police station for a quick body search - and yes, in his hospital gown.

Michael Lohan also known in the celebrity and press world as MiLo was put under arrest due to a case of domestic violence. The charges were pushed by his on and off girlfriend Kate Major. Past reports say that Kate rang 911 right after being threatened by Lohan that he would kill her just for restraining from giving him oral sex. Her exact words to the 911 operator were, "I'm afraid of him. He's gonna come in here and hit me."

When Lohan was arrested and finally cuffed, he suddenly complained of severe chest pains which led him to being checked into Tampa Hospital. But it did not take long before the police realize that this may just be his way of running away. On top of it all, the point is clear: he did not have enough time at all to even change his clothes before getting booked to the station.
