Porn star files $12 million lawsuit vs Julliard-trained violinist & ex-BF for forcing her to drink his urine
This summer, many people who would swim in public pools would get red eyes, not because of the chlorine but due to urine. To avoid skin and eye infection as well as ingesting urine-tainted water, shunning public pools appear to be one solution.
However, in the case of Ashley Youdan, a porn star, she claims in a $12-million (AUD$16.3-million) lawsuit that her former boyfriend forced her to drink his pee and attempted to hire a sex slave. Her boyfriend is not a fellow porn actor deep into drugs but David Garrett, a Julliard-trained violinist.
The New York Post notes that Garrett is considered “the David Beckham of classical music.” The two met in August 2014 when he paid her for sex. The X-rated actress moved into his apartment in Manhattan, and Garrett even introduced her to family and friends as his fiancée.
The 35-year-old violinist, title-holder as world’s fastest violinist after he played in 2008 “Flight of the Bumblebee” in 66 seconds, asked Youdan – known among porn watchers as Kendall Karson – to give up her career in the adult-film industry, which she did.
In her Manhattan civil suit, Youdan recalls that on Dec 25, 2014, after the violinist saw an advertisement for a sex slave on Craigslist, he responded in the hope of doing BDSM acts on the sex slave whom they would place in a cage while the couple goes to a nightclub. But the sex slave never arrived.
Three weeks later, Youdan says Garrett forced her to drink his urine and to have rough ex which resulted in her suffering from a fractured rib. They next month, they separated, and the former porn actress sued the “violent” violinist for physical and mental abuse which she supported with voice recordings, photos and medical records.
Brian Maas, Garrett’s lawyer says Youdan’s charges are baseless and outrageous. Maas says they have yet to receive any lawsuit from Youdan whom they accuse of airing her claims in public, consistent with her alleged pattern of behaviour of threatening Garrettt.
Some groups claim drinking urine is healthy, but Health.cvs says it is safe to drink your urine only in case of a disaster and there is no other liquid available than die of dehydration. However, pee could contain harmful substances, especially those who take drugs, whether prescription or illegal.
It cites that even the Chinese Association of Urine Therapy, during its global conference, warned of the negative side effects of drinking urine such as diarrhea, fatigue, fever and muscle soreness.
