Fans of the hit series 'Arrested Development' have their eyes on and excitement not over the promised episodes of the cult comedy but to the new looks Australian actress Portia de Rossi.

The wife of Ellen DeGeneres has been getting so much attention for her younger looks on the current season of the series, prompting speculations that she has undergone surgery to look years younger her age.

Portia, who plays Lindsay Bluth in the hit series looks unrecognisable in the current season, according to fans. The actress denies going under the knife and claims its her diet that gives her the youthful looks.

"As women we're so conditioned to think that beauty and age are very important - that you stay kind of youthful in order to be beautiful," she said according to perthnow.com.au.

The radical change in Portia when two photos of her in 2007 and on the new season (Season 4) showed a totally different Portia. But the actress claimed a lot could actually change for years.

Research shows that the first three seasons of 'Arrested Development' was aired on Fox from November 2, 2003 to February 10 2006. And the new season kicks off this year, with 15 episodes released on Netflix on May 26, 2013. Portia could never look any younger.

Us Magazine noted questions reverberating among net online users: Has she had rhinoplasty? Or a brow lift? Even filler injections or botox? The news online also pointed out that some experts have been asked and all conclude that Portia has gone under the knife - - with changes in her nose and more.

The actress vehemently denied the rumours and slammed those who associated vanity and old age.

She said, “I don't think it's fair for people to think that women are just vain because they're worried about getting older. It's actually really linked in with a lot of very primitive stuff for women."
