During her performance in Lisbon Saturday, Rihanna brought out a surprise that will not be easily forgotten. No, it wasn't a nip slip: it was something much more messier, but much less scandalous.

Though she left her surprise in the nearest garbage bin, you need not search eBay for any personal Rihanna items up for grabs.

"i ran off stage to throw up, halfway thru Whats [sic] My Name...made it back juuuust in time for RudeBoy," tweeted Rihanna about puking off stage during a musical number. Rumors are swirling, but this accident might be connected to Rihanna's recent hospitalization.

Rihanna is a Barbadian recording artist who first got her big break in 2005 with the hit single "Pon de Replay." By her third album, she spawned chart-topping hits like "Take A Bow," Don't Stop the Music," "Umbrella" and "Take a Bow." She has won a total of four Grammys, five American Music Awards and 18 Billboard Music Awards.

"Saturday's episode comes after she was hospitalized in October and forced to cancel a concert in Sweden, and continuous rumors of exhaustion so fierce only Beyonce's soothing voice can help bring her back to her happy place," reported Pop Dust about the fatigued artist and her concert cancellation.

The hospitalization not only caused alarm to fans, but sparked speculation.

"So was she drunk? Is she pregnant? Did she just eat some bad pre-show sushi? We're sure the rumor mill already has its theories," continued Pop Dust.

Rihanna has already had her fair share of intrigues and scandals, notably a domestic assault by her former boyfriend and fellow entertainer Chris Brown. His arrest not only caused their breakup but cost him commercial endorsements and guest hosts gigs, including an appearance at the 2009 Grammy Awards where he was replaced by Justin Timberlake and Al Green.

Despite the accident in Portugal, fans loved the concert, and Rihanna loved them back enough to return and finish the concert, all for the sake of her fans. Truly, Rihanna is a true entertainer.
