'Power' season 5 episode 7: Getting Silver to lie

Tasha (Naturi Naughton) will be busy in “Power” season 5 episode 7. She has to make sure that her story to the police checks out, and for that she needs her lawyer/lover Terry Silver (Brandon Victor Dixon) to corroborate her story, but things will not smoothly for her

A preview video of the next episode posted on YouTube, shows Tasha trying to convince Terry Silver, but she appears to be failing. The lawyer has always been a stickler for the rules, even if his client is innocent. Terry previously admonished Joe Proctor (Jerry Ferrara) for crossing the line while fighting a case.

If Terry refuses to lie, it will be a big embarrassment for Tasha. She declared in front of her estranged husband that the lawyer will concede to her request because he loves her. However, the preview video shows that James (Omari Hardwick) will be forced to step in, to protect his family. Ghost will warn the lawyer to comply or face the consequences.

While James and Tasha do everything they can to protect their son, Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) continues to make all the wrong choices. The preview video shows him spending time with Kanan (50 Cent). The gangster explains to Tariq that this line of work means that he will lose everyone close to him, but he won’t change.

Kanan can be seen with a machine gun, which suggests that there is a big action sequence in the next episode.

Meanwhile, Tommy (Joseph Sikora) will have to move up his plans to kill the Jimenez siblings. Diego’s (Maurice Compte) time appears to be up because everyone, including his sister, wants him dead.

While Tommy goes to work, his father will get a new task from John Mak (Sung Kang). Angela Valdes(Lela Loren) is under investigation, and John wants Terry to see if he can get Tommy to speak about her.
