Pregnant Kate Middleton Looks Stunning During the Queen's 60th Coronation Anniversary at Westminster Abbey [PHOTOS]
Royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton revisited Westminster Abbey on Tuesday, stepping into its grand halls almost two years since their wedding to commemorate the Queen's 60th Coronation Anniversary. The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning and fashionable as ever as she waved to the crowd gathered in witnessing the grand Royal event.
Kate's maternity look includes the simple but elegant-looking Jenny Packham peach dress with matching coat, the LK Bennett shoes and a Jane Taylor hat. The 31-year-old soon-to-be mother further complemented her chic look with a pair of statement earrings that Prince Charles gave as a wedding present.
Prince William and his pregnant wife were among the 2,000 attendees at the "Service of Celebration" in London, England. Other members of the Royal family present at the gathering includes Prince Charles, Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Harry, Prince Andrew and his daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, Zara Phillips and her husband Mike Tindall.
After the coronation event, Her Majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh and the rest of the Royal family members had a private lunch with about 100 special guests at the College Hall which is a late 14th century dining hall. The Dean and Chapter of Westminster hosted the joyous feast.
With only a month to go until she gives birth, Kate Middleton is still scheduled to make her last public appearance on June 13 where she will be naming a cruise ship. Afterwards, the Duchess of Cambridge will take her maternity leave with the Palace's approval.
"Kate has really enjoyed her job and wanted to work as much as close to the birth date as possible. She takes her royal role very seriously and is looking forward to taking up her duties when her maternity leave has finished," an anonymous source revealed.
