Kate Middleton has reportedly changed her diet to nurture her rumored pregnancy. A lot has been said about Middleton's second pregnancy. Previous reports suggested that Kate is pregnant with a baby girl but later news started pouring in that Kate may be expecting twins. Ok! magazine has recently reported a source saying that Kate has changed her diet plan and she is eating the prescribed food to make sure that she gives birth to twins.

A source reportedly told OK! Magazine, "She'd been trying to eat yams after someone told her they help you have twins - the peelings are thought to contain a chemical that causes hyperovulation. And she's drinking lots of milk, eating lots of cheese and has a huge tub of Greek yogurt every day."

Kate Middleton's diet has always been a topic of serious media speculation. Apart from her pregnancy diet, media has also revealed her post baby diet after she gave to Prince George. Reportedly, Kate was snacking on muesli bars and fruit smoothies made by her mom, Carole Middleton.

Middleton was also following a vigorous exercise routine to get back in shape. "Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym. That helps in bouncing back Palace life offers a distinct advantage, as Kensington Palace features a private gym right on the property. Kate participates in one-on-one personal training sessions at the gym, explained," a source told E! News.

Now that Kate is allegedly pregnant with her second child, fans wonder what all she is planning to make sure that the baby is healthy. Kate and Prince William also took a vacation to Maldives and it is being speculated that Duchess of Cambridge took this vacation to have some healthy vibe around her.

The news of Kate Middleton's alleged pregnancy with twins was first reported by Ok! magazine which suggested that Kate and Prince William are overjoyed by the news.

"Wills told the queen he'd love to have at least two daughters. With all the boys in his family, he really wants to even up the balance. William and Kate have made no secret of the fact that they'd like three children together."
