KELLOGG, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On or about May 17, NASCO Industrial Services and Supply, LLC (“NISS”), a premier supplier of mining goods and services headquartered in Kellogg, Idaho, entered into an underground mining service contract with CRG Mining, LLC (“CRG”) headquartered in Gunnison, Colorado, under the terms of which NISS was to provide certain goods and services at the Gold Links Mine located in Gunnison, Colorado that was operated by CRG. After NISS provided certain goods and services to CRG, the latter ceased payment on outstanding invoices. NISS was unable to resolve CRG’s refusal to pay NISS and, on or about March 3, 2022, NISS commenced suit against CRG, in the Seventh Judicial District Court in and for the County of Gunnison, Colorado, seeking payment of $861,797.34 among other legal and equitable relief. The action (“action”) bears the case number 2022CV30010 and remains pending. In its Complaint and Jury Demand, NISS alleges that CRG breached the contract with NISS, that it violated the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, that NISS is entitled to specific performance of the contract, that a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction should be issued and that NISS is entitled to declaratory judgment that it satisfied all conditions in the contract that applied to it, and that CRG is obligated to pay NISS for all goods and services NISS provided under the terms of the contract. NISS seeks compensatory and consequential damages as well as pre and post judgment interest, and attorney’s fees. NISS refers interested parties to its filed Complaint and Jury Demand for further information regarding the claims and damages NISS alleges.

As of October 2021, Dateline Resources (ASX: DTR) reported that it owned 100% of CRG, LLC.
