From 'Pretty Little Liars' to 'Fifty Shades of Grey': Ashley Benson VS Lucy Hale VS Troian Bellisario [PHOTOS]

Almost every actress in Hollywood wants to be Anastasia Steele in the highly-anticipated film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey." With the film set for a summer 2014 release, a lot of celebs are expressing interest in the film. Even three of today's top ranking television show, "Pretty Little Liars" wants in on the movie as Anastasia Steele. Who are these three and who among them deserves to nab the role?

Blame author, E.L. James for creating such hype on the BDSM-themed novels. It seems that everybody just can't get enough out of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele that a film is set to be produced by Universal Studios. Scriptwriter Kelly Marcel is currently working on the official script for the film adaptation.

As for the casting, Universal Studios along with E.L. James confirm it might take a while. Lately, the production studio has their hands full clearing up legal issues with a porn producer. With that fact in mind, fans of "Fifty" are keeping busy rounding up potential celebrities fit to play the lead roles of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey.

Despite being a social networking favourite, Ian Somerhalder of "The Vampire Diaries" ranks only third place on web polls. Ranking at number one is "White Collar" star, Matt Bomer while Henry Cavill places second. A few other favourites to play Christian Grey in the "Fifty Shades" film include Ryan Gosling, Ed Westwick, Alexander Skarsgard and Armie Hammer.

The role for Anastasia Steele is equally coveted. Alexis Bledel of "Gilmore Girls" is at the top spot to play Ana while Emilia Clarke of "Game of Thrones" comes in at second. Felicity Jones of "Like Crazy" is another fan favourite at number three. "Twilight" star, Kristen Stewart and "Harry Potter" star, Emma Watson are a few notable actresses in the mix.

Television stars from "Pretty Little Liars", Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale are also highly considered for the role of Ana given both stars expressed interest in the role. However, Lucy Hale and Ashley Benson have additional competition from another "Pretty Little Liar" because news is that Troian Bellisario is highly considered to play Ana as well.
