'Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale Graces Cover of Nylon Magazine
Lucy Hale fans better get your copy of Nylon's December issue because obviously, Lucy Hale is on its cover. The 23-year-old "Pretty Little Liars" star covered the December issue of Nylon magazine. The American actress and singer wore different kind of casual outfits which can be seen on Nylon's website.
On the cover, Hale wore a black menswear blazer which showed off her curves. Underneath a collared white shirt layered with a blue patched sweater, Lucy matched it up with a pair of rolled up shorts. In the photoshoot, Hale also showed off her flawless legs.
Despit Lucy Hale's obviously busy schedule with "Pretty Little Liars", the Selena Gomez-look alike actress still managed to have a country album which is currently in the process. So what else went down at the Nylon shoot? Well, the actress speaks up on moving on to Hollywood to getting her hands on the "Pretty Little Liars" script.
"I didn't have a friend for, like, two years[...] I've come out of my shell, but I was pretty shy. Some people take it as me being standoffish," explained Hale.
Despite coming from a Disney flick, becoming popular was pretty difficult for the star. All thanks to "Pretty Little Liars" however, stardom was as easy as candy. Yet, Lucy didn't quite get the script of the show at first hand.
"I was like, 'Are you guys sure this is ABC Family? There's a lot of risque stuff happening," said Hale.
Now that everyone knows "Pretty Little Liars", it's obvious Hale has her own share of crazy and addicted fans.
"[Shay Mitchell and I] got to the airport in Brazil and there were like 500 people there with signs and gifts. How did they even know we were coming?" said Hale.
Being in the business, it's important to be multi-talented which is exactly what Hale is like. Not only can Hale act but she's got some pretty good vocal chords as well - which will make everyone ask, "Is she really not related to Selena Gomez?"
"It's absolutely terrifying. You only get one album. You only get one single. You get one shot in music. But I have a million different dreams. Why can't I go out and try to achieve them all? Who are you to say I can't?" says Hale.
"Pretty Little Liars" obviously won't stay on forever which is why Hale has got her eyes open for other opportunities.
"I'm searching for something eye-opening. I love movies like 500 Days of Summer and Juno. Something offbeat without the glamour and the makeup and the clothing," explained Lucy, adding, "I want it to be a Bonnie and Clyde thing. Where Aria and Ezra are in it together. Or Spencer and Toby. But something romantic, [where] you root for them [even though] they're the bad guys."
