Spencer Hastings might want to pack her bags. Wait, the Hastings family have already done that for her. Is she paying a visit to the rehab for her pill-popping habit? In one of the "Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode21 sneak peeks, her parents are ready to admit her in a rehab for her addiction.

In "Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 21 titled "She's Come Undone," Peter and Veronica Hastings are adamant to put their daughter Spencer in a rehab, so that she can come out clean.

The sneak peek starts with Spencer asking if somebody is going on a trip. She joins her parents in the kitchen where the luggage is kept.

"Yeah, your mother and I spoke with Dr. Griggs this morning, and he thinks it'd be best if we get you some help before the situation gets worse," says Spencer's dad.

They are planning to send Spencer to a rehab facility in Philadelphia. She is not at all happy with this new development, but mommy Hastings is not ready to give up.

Veronica tells her that she knows that she called his (Dr. Griggs) office in order to renew the prescription.

Spencer tries to explain that she needs the drugs to get through a couple of tests. She does not give any specific reasons for the same.

Later, she pleads that she cannot have rehab on her records.

"Please, I'm still applying for colleges. I can't have Radley and rehab on my record. All I'm asking is that you give me one chance to get off them on my own. Please."

The "Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 21 ends before Hastings family could answer Spencer's request. Spencer is going to hang out with Dean in the later episodes and he might help her in this sticky situation.
