Ali returns - but she is afraid of someone

The winter promo revealed that Ali will return and entrusting in Emily.

"Tell me who you are hiding from," Emily asks Ali.

Ali, who is clearly shaken, responds, "I thought I knew. I was wrong." "A" has outwitted her. The fear factor comes here. Spence, in the promo, says, "There is someone Ali is so afraid of, she can't come back."

Ezra and Mona Meet

The Rosewood's bad guys have started a new group to discuss ways to instil fear in others. In the "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 winter premiere, Ezra and Mona meet over coffee. "Fear can be a very good thing," Ezra tells Mona. What kind of "fear" are they talking about?

Hanna and Caleb Battle

It was shown in the promo that Caleb will return from Ravenswood to present himself in this instalment. But, he and Hanna will quarrel over something. Hanna screams at Caleb at Hanna, "Tell me what happened." It is going to be a very emotional sequence.

A message from "A"

In the winter premiere, "Who's in the box?" Hanna comes out with a note wedged into her tooth. It is obvious that it is a message from "A."

The note reads -

"Stop looking."

Aria knocks a box being carried by Maggie

In the preview, Aria is shown knocking down a box being carried by Maggie. What are Aria's intentions here? Is she looking for something from the box or is she angry?

Spencer and Aria, it looks like, are digging. But, digging for what?
