"Pretty Little Liars" season 4B will air only until Jan. 2014. Fans are eagerly waiting for 2014 to arrive. But, spoilers about what can happen in the show are already coming our way. Carter Matt said on Nov. 25 that Spencer (Troian Bellisario) will be getting a brand new story line.

According to reports, this new storyline will affect the personal life of Spencer. It will also answer an important question - Why was Spencer up when Ali went missing?

This is what Troian Bellisario told E! News:

"What you're going to see in 4b is a very, very interesting secret that you never knew, that we never talked about with Spence. It really, really affects her relationship with Toby and with the girls, and it reveals a lot about why she wasn't passed out with the other girls the night that Alison died. I'm so excited we're finally getting into that, because I've been waiting for seasons to get into that."

The secret has not yet been revealed by the cast and we don't have any info on what it would be about. But, if it is going to affect Spencer's relationship with Toby and the girls, it certainly must be a huge one. Is it possible that Spencer would be the one who helped Ali escape though they had a spat earlier?

Fans Speculate that Spencer is "A"

Yes, according to a post on Wetpaint, fans believe that Spencer could be "A."

Spencer goes missing often. When Ali disappeared, Aria woke up to find both Spencer and Ali missing. Moreover, Spencer was not present in the lodge when the fire was set.

We have to accept that Spencer is very determined and intelligent character. She knows the tricks to get a job done.

One more theory that suggests that "A" can be Spencer is that "A's" liar is rather fancy with all the techy surveillance equipment. It must have costed a bomb and Spencer's family is quite rich.
