"Pretty Little Liars" season 4 finale instalment was a shocker in every sense. The best part was Ezra showcasing his heroic side by taking the bullet for the Liars. Ezria fans were devastated to learn that Ezra was shot. However, he might live and return in "Pretty Little Liars" season 5.

Wetpaint chatted with Ian Harding at the "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 finale event in NYC after the ultimate episode. He confirmed that he will be a part of season 5.

"I did sign a contract for a fifth season. I don't know in what capacity I'm coming back," said Ian.

Ian also talked about the roof scene in "Pretty Little Liars" season 4 finale. He said that he was happy to see Ezra in action. The star revealed that the fight sequence was supposed to be even more violent.

"I was really excited [to shoot that scene]," said Ian.

"They actually cut out a good five minutes of that scene. We had a headbutt at the end, there was a huge punch thrown, and I was wearing this bodysuit because I got slammed up against the rail. It was actually very violent. I don't know that they show the violence that I was certainly feeling."

The season finale ends with Aria comforting the injured Ezra on the roof. Alison revealed to Aria and the other Liars about what happened between her and Ezra. Ali and Ezra never hooked up in the first place.

Sasha Pieterse talked to E! Online about Ezra.

"I think that now that we've seen the finale, I don't think she was referring to Ezra. I mean we obviously made it seem like that, and there might have been a point where she might have thought that it was Ezra, but she definitely doesn't feel like it is now," said Sasha when asked if Ali would no longer think that Ezra is the one chasing after her.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 5 starts on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 on ABC Family.
