‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 6B spoilers: New villain 'Big Bad' is related to one of the liars
With “Pretty Little Liars” Season 6B just a month away, viewers are waiting to see who the new villain "Big Bad" is in the forthcoming Season. When the new Season premieres, the liars are all grown up. It witnesses a five-year time jump.
The liars Alison (Sasha Pieterse), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Paige (Lindsey Shaw) are all back in Rosewood. Now a new threat "Big Bad" is after the girls and he or she is worse than "A," Wetpaint reports. In the mid-Season finale of “Pretty Little Liars” Season 6, viewers came to know "A’"to be CeCe Drake or Charlotte, Alison’s older sister.

Show creator I. Marlene King made a shocking revelation and said that "Big Bad" is related to one of the liars. She was speaking to TV Guide about the antagonist. She had earlier said that Big Bad was much more dangerous that CeCe Drake. “By the end of [Season] 6B, you will pretty much know who or who’s related to this big bad,” King teased.
In the five-year time jump, Alison is in Rosewood and is a teacher now. She writes to her friends to come to Rosewood and testify in favour of her sister Charlotte. The other liars are in different cities pursuing successful careers, Teen Vogue reports.
The girls, after reading the letters, return to Rosewood but only to be caught in a cat-and-mouse game. "Big Bad" will start unleashing his or her terror by sending messages to the girls. It was earlier revealed that the new Season will be more edgy and deadly.
PLL cast and crew already told earlier that the second half of Season 6 will show the villain in Rosewood. He or she is there to kill and moreover, if he or she happens to be a relative of one of the girls, then the series will become more exciting to watch. So the viewers and fans of PLL can except some edge of the seat entertainment.
“Pretty Little Liars” Season 6B returns on Jan. 12 on Freeform, formerly known as ABC Family, in the US.
