‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7B Episode 12: Jenna, endgame and Spencer’s real mom (Spoiler alert)
A.D.'s board game means endgame for Spencer and friends
“Pretty Little Liars” Season 7B Episode 12 (“These Boots Were Made for Stalking”) airs Tuesday, April 25, on Freeform. Spencer (Troian Bellisario), her real mom and her friends are expected to continue playing a board game created by A.D. Meanwhile, Jenna (Tammin Sursok) is happy to know that A.D. is moving toward their endgame.
Spoiler alert: This update contains “Pretty Little Liars” Season 7B spoilers. Episode 11 (“Playtime”) aired Tuesday, April 18.
“Emily (Shay Mitchell) butts heads with a teenager who's a new version of high school Alison (Sasha Pieterse),” reads the episode synopsis for Episode 12. Emily, Paige (Lindsey Shaw) and Alison now have the same workplace. Things are not going well for any of them, but pregnant Ali feels she is in the worst situation.
“Spencer confronts her mother about keeping family secrets,” the synopsis continues. It also notes that Spencer is turning to Det. Furey (Nicholas Gonzalez) for help. Now that Spencer knows her real mom is Mary Drake (Andrea Parker), she has more questions to ask. Mary is already a part of A.D.’s board game even before she started to play it – alone. Incidentally, because Spencer decided on her own to play A.D.'s board game, she got to talk to Toby (Keegan Allen), who is alive and well. His wife, however, is in coma.
As for Detective Furey, he is determined to identify the missing owner of the second gun that wounded Spencer. Fans are eager to find out if Furey is in or out of A.D.’s endgame. They will find out before the series ends.
“Aria (Lucy Hale) confides in Holden (Shane Coffey) about her relationship with Ezra (Ian Harding),” the synopsis adds. It ends with what could be biggest moment of Episode 12, and Jenna is involved. “Jenna stirs up more trouble when she returns to Rosewood with some insight into Noel Kahn (Brant Daugherty) and recent events,” the synopsis ends.
Thanks to Hanna’s (Ashley Benson) encouragement, Aria has started planning her wedding with Ezra. Holden returns to her life because of her wedding preparations. However, things are still not officially over between Ezra and Nicole.
Fans already know that at least one wedding is going to happen before the series ending of “Pretty Little Liars.” Creator Marlene King tweeted about the spoilers in September. It is still possible for Aria and Ezra to get married. However, there may be some complications as A.D. would have something for Aria, too, in the board game.
Who is A.D.? This is still the question among avid viewers of PLL. There are nine episodes left. Jenna’s return is expected to thicken the plot as the ladies move closer to A.D.’s endgame, whatever it may be.
“Pretty Little Liars” Season 7B airs Tuesdays on Freeform. It runs on Fox8 in Australia.
