Buckingham Palace denied on Friday the claim of a woman that she had sex orgies with Prince Andrew.

The Duke of York is not a direct party in the lawsuit, Buckingham Palace stressed. In a statement, Palace spokeswoman Meryl Walter said, "This relates to long-running and ongoing civil proceedings in the United States to which the Duke of York is not a party. As such we would no comment in detail. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue."

However, in a blog on Feb 27, 2011, Samandimp published a photo of the prince with his arms around the waist of a young woman, said to be the sex slave of American finance expert Jeffrey Epstein who is a friend of Prince Andrew.

The blog identifies the woman as Virginia Roberts, now a resident of Australia and mother to three children. At that time, she admits meeting the prince thrice but denied having sex with him.

Since his divorce from Sarah Ferguson in the late 1990s, British Prince Andrew had his share of controversies, but it was the always-broke Ferguson who was more scandal prone such as demanding $821,000 to provide access to her former husband who used to be UK Trade Ambassador.

However, this week, the 17-year-old American girl photographed with the Duke of York filed a lawsuit against Epstein and changed her statement on having sex with the prince.

The accusation is part of an ongoing civil case filed by several women against the U.S. government who claimed they were abused by Epstein and were never consulted when he entered into a plea agreement.

According to court documents filed by the American woman, identified as Jane Doe#3, Epstein sexually trafficked her to people who were politically powerful and financially well-off.

Jane Doe#3 claims to have orgies with Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, at the Ghislaine Maxwell's apartment in London, in New York and in a U.S. Virgin Islands' private isle owned by Epstein. In the last location, the orgy involved several other minor females, she claimed, reports the Independent.

She said that Epstein ordered her to give in to the demands of Prince Andrew and provide him details of their orgy.

Jane Doe#3 seeks inclusion in the civil suit filed by several women in 2008 claiming that Epstein abused them. Epstein agreed to serve jail time for the child sex charges filed against him under a plea agreement, which also requires him to provide the state of his location.

In his latest filing as a sex offender, Epstein said he now lives permanently in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jane Doe#3 claims she was the sex slave of Epstein between 1999 and 2002.

Price Andrew, 54, is divorced from Sarah Ferguson. They have two children, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. He acknowledges that it was a mistake to be photographed with Epstein in New York, which was published in December 2010 by a British tabloid. Out of embarrassment of his association with Epstein, the prince quit his position as UK trade ambassador.
