Prince Harry will once more grace the cover of a magazine. This time (with his clothes on), the young British Royal is being hailed as Tatler magazine's "2012 Man of The Year" for its November issue.

Prince Harry's cover photo of Tatler magazine was taken earlier this year when he represented his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, during a trip to Bahamas where the 28-year-old Prince wears a turquoise Army Air Corps beret and a military uniform.

CelebrityGossip.net also reported that Tatler magazine has dubbed Prince Harry as "Dirty Harry" on the cover as the famous United Kindgom magazine dug deep on Prince Harry's secret party life.

"Harry made an executive decision a few years ago to go only for girls who had enough to lose by going to the press. Consequently, those he has tended to pursue come from a very small catchment. This, maddening though it is for the girls, who all tend to know one another, has been key to keeping his sex life out of the public domain," Tatler magazine reports.

Inside the magazine pages, Prince Harry's misdemeanor was cited from smoking cannabis to his holiday trip to Las Vegas where the nude pictures were taken. Moreover, Tatler magazine also revealed that the Las Vegas scandal was not Prince Harry's first embarrassing situation.

"At a house party in 2007, one disgruntled guest remembers having her whole camera wiped because Harry's security guards thought that there was a photograph of the prince inhaling a laughing gas balloon in the background. 'They came over and deleted all my pictures. I wasn't even taking a photo of Harry. It was bloody annoying.'" Tatler magazine reported.

Meanwhile, the Royal aides announced that no formal complaint will be charged to Britain's Press Complaints Commission over published nude pictures of Prince Harry who is currently on deployment in Afghanistan.
