Prince Harry's drunken behavior could place him in trouble anew. After courting the Queen's wrath for his naked photos while partying in Las Vegas with American girls four months ago, the British monarch may be headed for another royal dressing down.

Former Afghan Prime Minister Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the founder and leader of the Hizb-i-Islamia Party in Afghanistan, accused Prince Harry of killing innocent Afghans while drunk. The youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana is serving as co-pilot gunner of an Apache helicopter.

"He wants to hunt down Mujahideen with his helicopter's rockets, without any shame," The Daily Telegraph quoted the Islamic leader.

"During the Mujahideen's attack on the American base the prince saw that he was the one about to be hunted and was searching for a hole in which to hide himself," Mr Hekmatyar insisted.

The prince spent Christmas in Afghanistan. Mr Hekmatyar said he could not understand why the British public accept their sons and daughters being sent to certain death to please American generals.

Mr Hekmatyar was designated a terrorist by the U.S. State Department in February 2003. He is considered one of the most feared warlords in the country.

However, Britain's Ministry of Defence called Mr Hekmatyar's claims as absurd.

"The suggestion that any member of the UK Armed Forces deployed on operations operates under the influence of alcohol is simply absurd - not least because the consumption of alcohol by UK military personnel is not permitted under any circumstances while deployed in Afghanistan," an MoD spokesman said.
