Prince Harry and Meghan Markle romance: Markle's half-sister plans a 'tell all' book on her 'pushy' sister

Samantha Grant, Meghan Markle's half-sister, is apparently unhappy that Markle is dating Prince Harry. In fact, various media outlets reported that Grant is planning to write a “tell-all” book about her relationship with Markle. The book is expected to be titled “The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister.”

However, 18-year-old Noel Rasmussen, Markle's niece and Grant's daughter, has told Mail Online that her mom is apparently “jealous” of Markle's success. Rasmussen claimed that Grant had never talked to Markle but is now trying to revive their relationship when the latter began dating the royal. Grant's daughter went on to say that her mother had “abused” her and that they are not living together anymore.

Rasmussen, who is from New Mexico, Albuquerque, spilled more details about her mother's acts of physical abuse. She claimed that Grant used to hit her, slam her against the wall, spit on her face, and pull her hair when she was still a child. Her grandmother allegedly stood witness to the abuse. This continued until she was 17, after which she left the house to live with her dad.

She told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview that her mom does not like the “Suits” actress at all. “When [Meghan] started dating Prince Harry, [Grant] got an interest in Meghan which she had never had before. She wanted to be nice, to be friends, to say how much she loves her sister – but after years of telling me and the rest of the family how much she hates Meghan, how much of a narcissist Meghan apparently is and what a horrible woman Meghan is, which isn't true at all.”

As for the upcoming book, Rasmussen said it will be nothing but lies. “It's literally just going to be her versions, her ramblings, of things that have happened. None of it is going to be true."

Meanwhile, a November 2016 interview of Grant with Entertainment Tonight showed a completely different side of her. She said plenty of good things about Markle back then, even comparing the actress to Condoleezza Rice and Diana. “She was never a partier, she worked very hard," Grant told ET. "She was studious, she was brilliant in her studies, she was brilliant on stage, she is world traveled."

Grant too has come out in her defense and slammed Daily Mail for the story. She has tweeted that her daughter is lying about her abuse because as a mom she did not let Rasmussen have a "32-year-old boyfriend" when she was just 15. "Daily Mail you better get your lawyers ready for libel slander and defamation. The case was dismissed," she wrote on her Twitter account. "I need the public to disregard the libel and slander by my daughter. I am a counselor I forbade her from having a 32 year old boyfriend," she added.
