Prince Harry’s Royal Future: Charity Work, Wedding Possible
The next week will be a busy one for Prince Harry of Wales as he rushes to Africa for two important events that are both near and dear to his heart.
Prince Harry of Wales may be dropping down to third in line to the throne, but he shows he's still first in line for good work as he flies to Africa to visit charity organization Sentebale.
The prince will touch down on Africa today for a three-day tour in support of the organization he co-founded. It supports impoverished children in the continent, particularly those who are suffering from HIV/AIDS.
His tour will consist of an extensive tour of Lesotho, followed by a gala dinner at Johannesburg to raise money for a youth center for HIV/AIDS victims.
This part of royal life is dear to the prince's heart - something he takes after Princess Diana for. "Sentebale" translates to "forget me not", an enduring reference to his beloved mother. During his previous visit to Africa in 2010, Prince Harry said the place is somewhere he can "be himself" in.
After his charity work, the royal bachelor is likely head to South Africa where he will be accompanying new lady love Cressida Bonas to her sister's much-anticipated wedding. Isabella Calthorpe, Bonas' sister, will tie the knot with business mogul Sam Branson near the Kruger National Park.
After their PDA at the ski slopes last week, it seems as if the high-profile couple is ready to officially be known as a couple. A source told The Sun that Bonas has taken their relationship one step further by inviting Prince Harry as her date to the wedding.
"Harry and Cressie are at the exciting stage of a relationship where they just want to spend as much time together as possible," the source revealed. "He has ties to the Branson family, so everyone's incredibly excited at the prospect of seeing them together in South Africa."
