Prince Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson's oldest child, has testified in court, saying that the King of Pop complained that concert promoter AEG was going to kill him. The 16-year-old told jurors in the wrongful death case of the family against the company that Michael often cried after talking to AEG executives.

"After he got off the phone, he would cry," Prince recalled phone conversations between his father and AEG CEO Randy Phillips and former manager Dr. Tohme Tohme.

"He would say, 'They're going to kill me, they're going to kill me," Prince claimed.

He also said that Phillips visited Michael's rented home in California the night before his death, and he thought that Phillips was being aggressive when he spoke to Dr. Conrad Murray. Michael wasn't at home then, though, because he was at his rehearsal.

"He was grabbing his elbow. It looked aggressive to me. He was grabbing by the back of his elbow and they were really close and he was making hand motions."

Prince also said that his last conversation with his father was when he called him from the security guard house phone to let him know that Phillips was in their home. Michael had asked him to offer their guest food and drink.

He was just 12 at that time.

Prince and sister Paris and brother Blanket, along with their grandmother Katherine Jackson, are plaintiffs in the lawsuit. They argue that AEG Live is liable in the death of their father because they hired Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter of the pop legend.

The executives of the concert promoting company apparently created a medical conflict of interest, pressuring Murray to administer nightly infusions of surgical anaesthetic drug propofol to treat Michael's insomnia. They allegedly ignored signs that Michael's health was deteriorating.

Michael died of propofol overdose at the age of 50 on June 25, 2009.

Prince did not speak of Paris' recent suicide attempt, but said that "she was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad's princess."

Paris is currently recovering in UCLA hospital, the same medical facility where their father died.

Michael's son also testified how good a father he was to them. One example of sacrifice he did for his children was when he let them have a pet chocolate lab even though he was afraid of dogs.
