Prince William Feels "Bruised, Powerless" Over Kate Middleton Baby Bump Bikini Photos [PHOTOS]
Unfortunately for Prince William, Valentine's Day was a downtrodden event thanks to the Italian magazine that published photos of a pregnant Kate Middleton in a bikini, with the baby bump visible.
Yesterday, the online world was swarmed with private photos of the vacationing Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, in her bikini with her baby bump shown. The Palace has been scheduling an appearance in the near future for the world to see the bulging baby bump, but Chi Magazine went ahead and took the opportunity to snap away photos of the royal couple while in the Caribbean island of Mustique.
The Royal Palace believes that this kind of intrusion is disrespectful and intrusive, and Prince William feels the same way. Sources report that that he is "deeply disappointed, and bruised" over the grave intrusion of their privacy-again.
This is not the first time the royal couple was exposed during a seemingly private vacation.
Last year, when the couple was vacationing in Provence, France, several photographers took images of Catherine without her top on, exposing her private parts for the world to see. Chi Magazine from Italy was one of the publications to take their stand in publishing these photos, and they strike again with the latest bikini baby bump paparazzi shots.
In the photos, the Duchess is seen wearing a blue bikini walking side-by-side with William, and her bulging tummy visible from all angles. In one photo, Catherine is holding up her hair, as if trying to tie it in a bun.
Other publications trying to gain rights to publish the said photos are defending their reasons. Woman's Day magazine from Australia also spoke about why they wish to place the images on their pages. Editor Fiona Connolly claims their reader will "love the photos."
"it is not possible to talk about a breach of privacy when public personalities are photographed in a public, open place such as (a) beach, attended by bathers'' says Chi Magazine editor, Alfonso Signorini, in a report.
"What our readers will see is simply a moment of joyful relaxation being enjoyed by a smiling, happy couple. Where's the scandal in that?" added Signorini.
