Prince William, Kate Middleton, Congratulate Re-Elected Obama in Personal Note [PHOTOS]
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, are ecstatic about President Barack Obama's re-election at the recently-held US presidential elections.
Known to be good friends with the president and first lady of the United States, Prince William and Kate Middleton made sure to express their excitement through a personal letter sent to the office of President Obama.
"The Duke and Duchess have sent a personal note of congratulations to Barack Obama on his US re-election," says a source to US Weekly.
Whenever President Obama and wife, Michelle, visit the United Kingdom for business-related affairs, the hospitable royals always make sure to accommodate them in full regard. In fact, Michelle Obama flew to London last July to check out the summer Olympics and she was greeted in full honor.
Even Queen Elizabeth is happy about President Obama ruling the United States for four more years.
"Her Majesty is pleased with the election result. She gets on well with Mr. Obama and his wife," said a palace insider to the same magazine.
