The Duchess of Cambridge will accompany Prince William to Scotland in 2013 while he completes his pilot training.

It has been confirmed that the royal couple will move to Scotland so the Prince can pursue his training and career as a military pilot. It is said that William will transfer to Royal Air Force Lossiemouth, Moray, after his training in Anglesey, Wales, wraps up in 2013.

William and Catherine met in Scotland in St. Andrews University, where the Prince studied geography, with Kate's degree focusing on art history. The two shared a flat together with friends and developed a romance that blossomed into their wedding in April.

According to a senior RAF source, the Duke will have more opportunities in Lossiemouth when it comes to his pilot training and career.

"Lossiemouth will also give the chance for William to command his own helicopter," says the senior source in a report by The Mirror. Lossiemouth is also fit for a royal residence, with the RAF's Web site describing it as "a major and well-integrated part of the local community in Moray, and an outstandingly beautiful part of Scotland".

Is this the real reason or is the Kensington Palace Curse already tingling in the Duchess' spine?
